TOO MANY COOKBOOKS SPOIL THE BROTH

A Cull-inary Project

It was threatening for years. This Christmas due to some thoughtful and exciting gifts it has happened and I have breached 100 cookbooks.

This, I think, is not only "too many" for someone who usually googles recipes, but too many to look through when actually deciding what to make. The bookcase has become impenetrable and intimidating, and needs pruning.

So this year, I will use all of the cookbooks. The ones with nothing to add will be subtracted- Survival of the fattest.
